Maamaksuseaduse § 4 lg 1 kohaselt on pusielupaigas olevatele sihtkaitsevööndi reziimiga kinnistutele ette nähtud 100%-lite maamaksuvabastus. Sama paragrahvi lg 2 järgi on piiranguvööndis maamaksuoodustus 50% maamaksumääräst.
